Bold moves for vaccine manufacturing equity

The COVID-19 pandemic resulted in an unprecedented global crisis, and although there was unprecedented speed in developing new vaccines, the benefits from licensing effective vaccines in record time were not felt by all. More equitable distribution of vaccines requires an ecosystem that supports sustainable manufacturing capabilities to produce them locally.
